All alterations including but not limited to structural and cosmetic repairs and changes of any kind to the interior, exterior, and landscaping are at the sole discretion of the owner. Lawn and garden maintenance including driveway plowing are the responsibility of the owner. Clearing the exterior walkways and decks of snow/ice or other hazards is the responsibility of the renter. Occupany is limited to two adults and up to two children. No sublet. Tenancy renewal is every 6 months. 30 days notice of non-renewal is required. 90 days notice will be provided if rental will not be available for renewal.
