Tenant pays for gas, electricity, phone, cable, trash and snow removal. The home has hardwood floors, living room, full basement for storage, washer/dryer hookups, off-street parking and well-maintained yards with sprinkler systems. Roommates must fill out separate applications. If the application is accepted and the applicant moves into the property, the $60.00 fee will be applied to the first month's rent. With prior permission, cats and dogs (no other pets) with a 20-pound grown weight limit are allowed in some units. Depending on breed some larger dogs are allowed in specified units. Dobermans, Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), German Shepherds, Newfoundland, Rottweiler's, etc., or any mixes of these breeds are not allowed on any Davenport Realty property.
