Our house has the character that one would expect with a 115 year old house and the features that a family would want. It has been well maintained through the years. The house was rewired in 1991. The addition from 1965 was removed and replaced with new materials and a much improved design in 1993. The house was replumbed in 2000 and a new roof was installed in 2014. The attractive porch was installed in 2014 as well. Recently the hardwood floors were refinished and granite counters with a stainless steel sink was installed in 2017. A solar panel was installed in 2018 and a heat pump air conditioning system was added.
