Fully furnished home is available Sept 1- December 14, 2025. Prefer renting for the full 3 1/2 months, but will entertain 1 month minimum. Weekly or bi-monthly cleaning service is optional for additional fee. We have trusted cleaning woman who is available. Utilities are included unless it is excessive. House is on Solar and NEM charges typically net out to zero. Tenant will be charged out of security deposit if electric exceeds this NEM.
