This is a nice neighborhood ( east of Emerson and south of 16'th street north of Washington. ) I decided to move back in, so I am less excited about selling, so I put the price up. There are some things I will work on improving, for example, replace the rest of the windows. The basement is not really finished but it is the same size as the main floor and has three rooms. One is the same size as the two bedrooms. The house used to have three bedrooms, but one was converted to a living room. Great area.
