We are located in an upscale neighborhood in Goodyear with gated community. In the house live one aviator, so if you are a pilot even better, great opportunity for networking. I am a student pilot, with a family oriented vibe. No drugs, guests, smoke or heavy drinking in the house are allowed. It is a peaceful, family oriented place to relax after a long day out. We have indoors cats that are not allowed in your room. Floor is cleaned every single day and we maintain organization on point. Bathroom is to be shared with ONE person only (in the off) and it is always clean, as we take pride of the cleanness of the house. There is no sharing bills in the end of the month. It is $1,000 flat and it will cover your rent, water, electricity and internet. Month to month are welcome but looking for the right fit to stay permanent.
