The room is situated at the back of the house facing east. It is about 13 minutes drive to Dulles International Airport. The Silver line metro has now opened service with stops at the airport all the way to Loudoun county -or- using the Orange Line at Vienna Metro station which is also about 15 minutes away. There is also a Fairfax Connector bus stop two blocks away from the house. Bus arrives every 30 minutes on weekdays only and goes to Vienna Metro station. Conveniently in the center for shopping: Fair Lakes Shopping Center and Fair Oaks Mall is 11 and 12 minutes east respectively. Dulles Town Center Mall is 19 minutes north Reston Town Center is 22 minutes northeast. Manassas Mall is 15 minutes west. The term of lease is on a monthly basis, to give ease to the renter if he/she decides to move out. The owner also has the option of terminating the lease if things does not work out well with the renter. The month's rent and security deposit are required on the day of move in.
