There is a king bed, large closet and attached full bathroom in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and two dressers. The third bedroom has a single day bed with twin trundle bed and small couch. There are two full bathrooms both with tub/shower combo. This apartment is in the entire downstairs of a triplex. There are two apartments upstairs with full time renters. There is a new back deck with small yard and community fire pit. We are looking for a six to seven month lease but would consider shorter; no longer than July 31st, 2020. No pets allowed; no exceptions. All utilities and WiFi included. Washer and dryer are in unit. One off street parking spot. All furniture must stay. We can only show on Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Please serious inquiries only! Must wear mask!
