Beautiful clean 2 bed/1 bath apartment. The central AC unit, stove and fridge are less than 2 years old as well. Hurricane impact windows and doors so it'll be nice and quiet (and saves on electric bill!). The apartment also has a linen closet and an extra closet (contains water heater) as storage space. It's less than 3 minutes to 95 and 595. It comes with 2 parking spaces and there is space for guests too. Also, there is a large side and back yard. Landlord pays for water. Tenant pays their own electric and cable/internet. There is no washer/dryer at the apartment but the laundromat is about a 3 minute drive away. I am looking for a tenant that has a good income and credit rating with no criminal background. I would prefer to have a long term tenant but I am flexible with a month to month lease too. Overall, the neighborhood is pretty quiet, safe and family-friendly. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Month to Month lease is fine too.
