If newly employed: offer letter or signed employment agreement required. Proof of rent payment: Three (3) recent rent receipts or bank statements showing rent deductions. If residing with others, provide a notarized letter explaining current housing arrangement. Pet Policy: $300 non-refundable fee per pet. Pet photo, breed, and weight required. Restricted breeds not permitted. Processing & Approval: Applications are reviewed in the order received. You will be notified by email once a decision is made. If approved, you will have 24 hours to sign the lease and pay the first month's rent, move-in fees, and any required deposit to secure the unit. Important: All application and administrative fees are non-refundable once paid. Additional documentation may be requested for verification.
