Saratoga Lake views and boat launch are within a brief walking distance from the Carriage House. Though we've never heard it or ever received any feedback about disruption, note there is a nearby firehouse across the way yielding potential for related audible noise. From the driveway or garage, up a flight of stairs by great big bright windows finds you in the eat in kitchenette wide open to the living room social space. Coffee table conveniently converts into a terrific desk space! Through the living room is a generous size bedroom with walk in closet and faint window view of the nearby lake. Accessible both via doorways from both the bedroom and kitchen is the bathroom. BEDROOM: For sleeping there is 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and a living room pullout couch for two. KITCHEN/ DINING: For meal time there is a kitchenette featuring all major appliances, a flip up island with bar stools for a great prepping and dining space, place settings for 4, plentiful bakeware and cookware as well as an outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.
