Apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a spacious living room (furnished) and kitchen (which has a dishwasher). There are lots of windows which allows for plenty of natural light and a nice breeze off the nearby ocean. There is in-unit washer and dryer and the entire place has hardwood floors. The two smaller bedrooms in the apartment are open and are about 10'x10' and 10x11'-12'. They will also be sharing a bathroom. Both bedrooms have a pretty large closet (2 sliding-doors wide or so, with a rod for coat hangers and a shelf above that). Neither will be furnished. One bedroom will get a parking space, and the other will not but street parking is plentiful within a block or so. The apartment is located on the third floor and there is a small non-private patio area by the front door. Less than one year (8-9 months) but greater than 6 months. Minimal penalty for early termination One parking space between the two rooms, but there's usually plentiful street parking nearby.
