The apartment and the details: The room that is available will be available on July 1st, 2025 The apartment is located on N Vista and Sunset (address to be disclosed to those interested and coming to see it!) The room is mid size and has its own personal bathroom (Aria and I share the other bathroom) so this is a huge perk! The room has two closet doors however it spans across the whole wall so closet space is pretty dreamy The apartment is a three bedroom apartment with a decent sized kitchen (kitchen comes with dishwasher - woot woot!), a small sitting area aside the kitchen, a roomy living room common area, and a very large street facing patio (we have one of the largest in the building with the best views of Runyon, the Hollywood Hills, and epic sunrises) We have a pool in the building which is so cute and tucked away from the units so it gets a lot of Sun! Our friends are usually the ones using the pool all Summer so we like to keep it fun and play in the water There is laundry on site with app pay to use so that keeps laundry super easy and simple! The apartment is fully furnished aside from the bedroom so you only will need to supply whatever you want to add to your room i.e. bed, storage, etc. as we have a huge couch seating area + TV (one of our couches is brand new!). I will say we are super open to this person adding their unique flair to the apartment so we are very excited for you to be adding things to make you feel right at home as well This room also comes with a gated parking spot key entry and that is built already into your rent so big win there if you drive we got you covered! There is also plenty of street parking that is not permit for your friends or loved ones if they come to visit you! This person will be paying a portion of the total rent based on the size of the room and amenities - this room total monthly is $1,060 and utilities are split 3 ways (we are responsible in our building for electric, water, gas, power, and we split internet - this averages about $200 per month per person give or take depending on the season - Summer months are a bit more for air!) Atlas, my dog, is pretty pet friendly so I am open to having someone move in who has a dog only dependent on if he is comfortable and gets along with this dog after we do an introduction (sorry but we cannot bring a cat in!) The lease is month to month.
