It also includes a huge study room and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Renting for $6,000 per month, which includes: Gas, electric, water, trash, and residential maintenance. We don't care how many people live in the home. In the past we have accommodated up to 10 people (2 per room), but it is really up to the renter group. We do not rent individually or collect rent per person. We collect the total amount in one payment.
