The second bedrooms : Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and it has a closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and it has a walk in closet. The secondary bedroms share a bathroom located in the hallway. Hardwood floors uptairs and downstairs!! All in great condition , the stairs are also wood for easy cleaning. Downstairs you will find a lovely living room, dining room, library, Florida room and kitchen. We do have a detached cottage in the back of the home that is used as an Airbnb. The guest will not disturb the tenant and viceversa. Detached cottage is not included . Home is 100 years old and taken care of . Very delicate items in the house . Furnished home. NO SUBLEASE Allowed . Please submit the zillow application that you can use for other properties as well. No smoking . Looking for someone that loves old houses.
