Looking for a roommate, owner (myself) is on the third floor, rented room is on the fourth floor. You have your own private bathroom, space for an office area, room size is 11x10 with a closest. Garage space can be used for storage or if you have a motorcycle we can share the garage as I own a motorcycle. Looking for a roommmate until the end of September (9/30/2021) What to expect: I have a third room that is on the fourth floor that is my office space All utilities are included (Electricity, water, garbage, gas, internet (1Gb speeds)) The HoA also has additional amenities such as a fitness center and a pool. I am okay with short term renting (2-6 months) also long term renting. Just in case our personalities don't match I will put in the lease that if we both agree we can terminate the lease before the agreed upon time.
