See: Picture of list above. We added another Master suite to this house for the perfect mother-in-law or visiting family members. This room looks out french doors to a beautiful view of the large rock garden that has flowers and tropical plants. This room has a sitting area, walk-in-closet and a beautiful 9.5x7.5 bathroom. We have put porcelain tile floor in the entire home that look like 8 1/2" wide wood plank floors. We have painted the entire home with a nice neutral taupe/grey with white trim and white ceilings to maximize the clean modern look (including the garage). We are located in a cul-de-sac with wonderful neighbors to help keep watch over each other.
