About the Room: Spacious 16' x 13' bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet perfect for someone who works from home! You'll also have a dedicated spot in the attached 2-car garage. Rent is $1,138 /month for the room and an additional $95 for your half of WiFi, water, trash, and sewer. The $95 could be slightly lower as the complex charges water based on occupancy and I'm waiting for my first water bill. This is a year-long lease. The townhouse is 1,600 sq. ft. with a bright, open living room and plenty of storage space. Trax is within walking distance, making commuting super convenient. It has 2 beds and 2.5 baths so no sharing bathrooms! There is also an attached 2 car garage and a large back deck! The townhouse is located within a larger apartment complex that has a pool, gym, and hot tub. (No additional pets, please there's already one friendly dog in the home!)
