This house is located in a great neighborhood, the Sunset Park neighborhood. This is a great house. It is currently being completely remodeled with new appliances, newly remodeled kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms, hardwood floors sanded and stained, and newly painted on the inside. The grass is going to be removed in the front yard for Xeriscape. This house has a single car attached garage. This house has central AC for very hot summers. It has a nice backyard for the kids to play out back. The renovations aren't yet complete. I will post pictures when the house is ready. I am planning on this house being ready for a July 15th or so rental (perhaps July 1st). The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Dogs are welcome, however, only 1 or 2 dogs.
