The lease ends August 30th of 2020, so you'll have the option to renew your lease. It is also a smart home apartment. You'll have access to an app that controls unlocking/locking your front door. Controlling your thermostat and also your lights. It has sensors in the apartment to detect any water leaks. It also features a walk-in closet. Everything is relatively close by. The only thing you'll need is to put in an application of 80$. And make 3x the monthly rent. Everything is else is already paid for.
