I have been renting to a renter for 3 yrs she has never been late . I decided to sell so her and her husband was buying the place because I am broke and blew all my money even thought she pay 11 months of rent up front to fix the porch that she fell through and roof that melted leaking but I did not ever fix. I was tired of waiting on her bank even thou we were only couple of weeks from closing and she had already sunk 5k to get the place I went out from under her before our sake agreement expired and sold it to a man that pays underage purls to have sex with him. Then I allowed new owner to kick her out in two weeks having no where to go.
