Just bring your suitcase and the rest is provided. This is a 30-day to three month rental. Renter will be responsible to feed the family cat, Biscuit, during the stay. All utilities are included as well as landscaping. No smoking is allowed on the premises. House may not subleased to renters other than are on the lease.
