The house is close to grocery stores, Blue Line Metro Station, schools (Rosevelt Elementary and Poly High School) and St. Mary Medical Center. The lease is for 1 year after that the lease must be renewed every year. If tenant decides to move at the end of the lease, we will need to give us a 30 day's notice or they'll lose their deposit.
