I do like to host, when COVID permits, and will sometimes have people over for dinner/drinks/movies/poker (when there is no covid). I am pretty serious about common area cleanliness. I am fine with animals, just need to make sure they are friendly with other animals. Rent is 1200/month plus electricity and wifi, security deposit $1000.
