I am the previous owner of this home. I sold this home in July 2003. Zillow's listing the square footage is not correct! The basement square footage should be factored into the overall finished square footage of the house. The basement is finished, and has been since it was built. The true square footage of this home is 2,340 square feet, not 1,990 square feet!
