The first floor (above ground garage level) has a smaller 4th bedroom/bath, which will be used by 1 person (owner) who will be around about 5% of the time. Ideally, looking for someone to rent for 6-8 months starting feb 1 or end of jan. Can be very flexible afterwards as well. Utilities average about $347 per month, but owner will cover $50 of it.
