Parking for 3-4 vehicles. Very peaceful. Rent includes water and trash pick up. There is also a washer and dryer for use. There is a small space for storage that is shared. Pets considered with a nonrefundable pet deposit . $1,200.00 rent, $1,200.00 deposit. Owner pays water and trash with recycling. We have 3 window air conditioning units in the home. Tenant responsibilities are electric and internet/cable, lawn care. Lawn care not included. Heat is forced air. No smoking inside. Pets will be considered. Only dogs and cats. $300.00 Non refundable deposit required for pets. They must have current rabies shot and it is imperative the tenant clean up after pets. Pets cannot be leashed for long period of times outside or left out to nonstop bark. Failure to do so will result in non renewal of the lease. The lease will be month to month. After 10 days a 30.00 late fee will be applied and after 15 days of non payment we will consider the tenant in default of the lease.
