Freshly painted units. The owner pays for 5,100 gallons of water (tenant responsible for anything over the allocated amount.) Tenant responsible for electricity. Application ($50) fee is a non-refundable fee, due for any person's 18+, Security deposit due once approved for unit, and first month rent due at lease signing. No smoking is allowed in units. Pet deposit ($250) due at lease singing for small animals allowed up to 20pds. Only one animal per unit.
