The living room has 2 brand new recliners and a sofa, with one long cushion, that would be comfortable to sleep on. Sheets and blankets are included for the sofa. There is plenty of room for the queen size comfortable air mattress provided. There is an inside laundry room with starter necessities included, along with an iron and ironing board. The included golf cart will provide lots of fun driving to all the close by amenities, golf courses of all levels, recreation centers, pools, restaurants and taverns. Available for immediate one month or more rentals. Rental amount varies depending on the month. Contact owner for details. Owner pays for all utilities, including water, gas, electricity, irrigation and lawn maintenance, internet, WiFi, basic cable. Netflix and Amazon will be loaded into televisions, but renter must use their own log-ins.
