December 2-19, January 6-30, February 20 to March 20, all of April and May with Monthly rate of $3,300 and weekly rate of $1,000. $300 cleaning fee added to all reservations. This is a beautiful upscale vacation rental, fully furnished in a master plan community with rec centers and golf courses. It has a beautiful south facing patio which keeps it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Dates available monthly rate of $3,000 now through November 21. Cleaning fee of $300 is required for the duration of stay. If you wish to use Rec centers, they charge around $100 per month or $6 per person per day of use.
