Eververy thing is going crazy in this market. Lots of munipulation. Zillow seems to be in lowballing. On 4.17 $280I'm & on 5.15 +$8.500 plus then dropped it another $7,500. I looked at local comp that I used to beat by 15% and its well over $300m and houses are going to rise 8.5% by next spring. Time to get out the paint brushes and find a family that needs a starter home. Don't forget the significant site based income.
