Upon termination of the lease, the Landlord will conduct a final inspection and compare the condition and presence of the Furnishings against the original inventory. The Tenant shall be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any missing or damaged items, and such costs may be deducted from the security deposit or otherwise collected in accordance with applicable law.
Termination and Renewal: This lease may be renewed or terminated upon written notice by either party at least 30 days before the lease end date.
Move Out: Tenant is responsible for cleaning the dwelling upon moving out.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the property is located.
