Located near the intersection of Farmington and Murray in Beaverton, Icon apartments is located in a central location for anyone living on the west side of the Portland metro. The Nike World Headquarters is 2 miles to our north, the Aloha Intel campus is 3 miles to our west, and downtown Beaverton is only 1.5 miles to our east. The nearest MAX light rail station is only one mile away while the Beaverton Transit Center is fewer than two miles away. We are also serviced by the 52 and 62 bus lines. Icon is pet friendly! There are no breed restrictions, but there is a 25 pound weight limit on pets. Our staff is always on-site Monday-Friday. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or would like to setup a tour. We have a Spanish-speaking staff member on-site from 9am-3pm. All new leases are on a 12 month lease. Rent includes water, garbage, sewer, and an assigned parking spot. Electricity is paid separately.
