The Tiempo del Sol building is a closed-door security building with intercom system, elevator access to all levels, community coin-op laundry, rooftop deck and covered lounge area. Excellent beach living in downtown San Clemente! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pictures may differ than actual unit. There is no assigned parking spot. The building has 6 open parking spots which are first come first serve and street parking. Co-Signers are not allowed. Pets: only cats accepted. There will be a $35 pet rent and $500 pet security deposit (fully refundable). We do accept A Certified ESA (Emotional Support Animal) or Service Animal (dog or cat) and the fees will be waived. Utilities are a small fee of $25 per month per person for water, sewer, and trash. Electric and gas are not included. There is no deviation in lease length. All leases are 10 months long which after expiration can be renewed or go month-to-month.
