The cottage features a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space, a deck that opens to a fenced in back yard; perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. There's one full bath and one half bath for easy living. The main level includes one bedroom, and the two upstairs bedrooms are being lovingly finished one with a full bed and the other with either a bunk bed or second full bed. Each space is simple, fresh, and comfortable. You'll be half a mile from Lockwood Avenue, with its shops, cafes, and restaurants. Parks are within walking distance, and the neighborhood has excellent schools and a friendly, small-town feel. This is our first time hosting, and we've stocked the home with everything you need cozy linens, kitchen essentials, and local touches to make your stay easy and welcoming. Whether you're here for work, in between homes, or enjoying an extended visit, our Webster Groves cottage is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. Open for month to month or midterm stays.
