VIEWS...VIEWS...VIEWS... We finished building it in December 2010. The house is 1100 square foot with three bedroom, a full bathroom and a 3/4 bathroom. It sits on a 1.25 acre lot, and adjoins national park. It has a red wood deck that is over 670 square feet as well as a cement pad on the North entrance by the double doors. The structure is an open concept for the living room, kitchen, and dining room. It has a prow with eight large glass double pane vinyl windows on both sides of the rocked chimney both inside and outside with views of Blue Mesa Reservoir. It has a vaulted ceiling on the East side of the house over the living, kitchen, and dining room area. There is a central hallway to the three bedrooms and two baths on the West end. One bath adjoins the master bedroom, and the other bath is shared by the two additional bedrooms in the hall way. In addition there is a hall closet/washer-dryer area in the hall way. The house is heated by a propane gas wall unit as well as a pellet stove. The exterior is sided with hardy board siding along with the rocked chimney. The roof is a 6/12 pitch roof with 18" eves and architectural composite shingles. The vaulted ceiling is a tongue and groove aspen, and the house boasts beetle kill wood trim.
