This home is completely furnished and intended to rent as a temporary residence for those needing to stay in Eugene for a month or more until May 31, 2025. I require an application with references from previous or present landlords, valid drivers license or passport, plus a rental agreement for the dates agreed upon. Your deposit is refunded after paying for a professional cleaner to restore the house to its original condition when you move out, any damages, plus final utilities payment (see below). The cleaner you leave the house, the less it will cost to clean it upon your departure. All yard work is taken care of including automatic irrigation. Utilities are split 50/50 each month and when you move out, your final utility bills (gas and electricity) will be deducted from your initial deposit along with the cleaning fee and damage assessment. Garbage service and internet are provided. No renter's insurance is provided.
