Driveway can accommodate up to four more cars (tandem in sets of two). The home is furnished; possibility for it ti be less furnished depending on the need. Furntiture is slightly different from the posted pictures (to update current setup; please ask as needed and can send more pictures as needed). House layout The upper part of the house consists of the master bedroom with renovated en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs is the large loft (complete privacy from main floor but not sound-proofed to the main floor below). The third bedroom and bathroom are downstairs at the garden level. The in-law bedroom consists of a bunk bed with a king bed below/twin bed above, and the couch in the living room which can pull out into a king memory foam mattress as well. Note: The one-bed, one-bath in-law is separated by an internal staircase going down from the dining room and a door at the bottom, so if that door is open it's connected to the main house; otherwise, it is private from main house. Owner would prefer 1-2 weekends of access in in-law unit if possible, but is not necessary. in-law space is part of the rental (great uses include home office, multi-generational living, etc etc). Laundry (energy-efficient machines) are in a laundry room off of the garage/at garden level. Pets okay with pet reference / please provide details.
