Please ensure not to block or park on the right side. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per pet, plus tax, and must be kept on a leash outside and clean inside. Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets per property, each weighing no more than 30 lbs. This property is a duplex with some shared amenities and includes security cameras outside for your safety. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A state ID or driver's license copy is required upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking. Please note that beach towels are not provided.
