We also have garages for rent at an extra charge. This property is a Section 8 subsidized property and the rent is based on 30% of your gross adjusted income. The townhomes are 2 levels and each has a small patio off of the living room. Our 2 bedroom units have the kitchen, dining and living room and utility room with washer and dryer hook ups on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Our 3 bedroom units have the same layout as our 2 bedrooms but have a bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor. We take care of all of the trash removal, mowing and snow removal.
