This house still has potential even though you can hear Tarzan swingin through the trees! It's also got plenty of room AND a 3 car garage. Repairs aren't too bad, just somewhat extensive. The usual rehab but throw in a little pier/beam foundation adjustment, some sub-floor repairs,condenser,some water well work, some updating and a ton of yard work and clean up..
