I'm renting out a studio apartment in downtown Orange City with water and electric included, one less thing to worry about. It's a compact, practical space in a super walkable area. Four parks are within four blocks, great for getting outside. A convenience store is right across the street, with a pizza place two and three blocks away, and a grocery store six blocks out. Full disclosure: the fire and police stations are just two blocks away, so you'll hear sirens now and then. But if you're okay with city sounds, this spot has a lot going for it.
