    Rent this peaceful, sun-filled, furnished room in Capitola! Ride your bike to The Point, stroll down to the Village, or grab a cup of coffee nearby - everything is just minutes away. The private room has a large window and a big closet with plenty of space. It is currently furnished with a full sized bed and an extra shelf, but that can be taken out if necessary. The recently renovated, shared bathroom is right down the hall with drawer storage and a nice bathtub/shower. The shared living room and kitchen are very open and spacious with all of the necessities - a comfy couch, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, and a TV. The pool is right across the street from the condo (perfect for summer!) and there is plenty of street parking nearby. It is also on the second floor, which offers a bit more security! Lease can be month-to-month, 6 months, or a year depending on what is decided. A deposit will be collected upon signing a lease. Shared living spaces are already furnished and other furniture cannot be added. Furniture that is currently in the bedroom can be removed for you to bring in your own stuff. Small kitchen items are okay, but it is fully stocked! Rent does not include internet or electric, but it does include water, garbage, landscaping and other HOA costs. Absolutely no smoking inside the condo (vaping included). I would love to agree on household chores and dividing up those tasks to maintain a clean environment (and so we don't have to deal with it down the line).
