This lease is for a private bedroom on the upper floor of the house (sized ~120 sqft). Tenants can use shared kitchen and restroom on main floor as well as shared bathroom on upper floor. Preference will be given to tenants that plan to stay longer term. Twin-sized bed may be provided upon request. Open to flexible lease terms (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) while price would be higher for lease shorter than 6 months. At least 30-day advanced notice is needed for early termination.
Application: All adult applicants have to apply through Zillow. SSN must be provided to perform required background check with fee. One of below credit bureau (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax) will be used to pull a consumer report. Minimum credit score 650, positive rental history, no eviction or collection history, no excessive debt-to-income ratio. Please contact only if you meet the requirements. Comprehensive reusable report (aka portable report) is not accepted. Prospective tenant has right to obtain a free copy of the consumer report in the event of a denial or other adverse action.
