Residents are responsible for electric and cable tv. This is a non- smoking campus. Due to the unique nature of the property, pets are not allowed. There is ample off-street parking for passenger vehicles. (Boats, oversized trucks, RV's, etc. are not permitted) To qualify: Must make 2.5 times the rent. A credit score above 650 is considered standard. We may consider lower credit scores with additional deposit.
