    A great home located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with access to downtown (15min) and the canyons / mountains (15min). It really is the best of both worlds. There are green spaces (parks, frisbee golf, dog parks) and grocery store within walking distance, and the Holladay Town Center (coffee shops, restaurants, public library, groceries store, hard ware store) is easily bike-able or a quick drive. The house is bi-level with 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 living room on each level of the house. The upstairs is where you will find a larger bedroom with a queen sized bed and a large closet space. The second upstairs bedroom is a bit smaller and currently set up as an office, but can easily be made into a bedroom if needed. The upstairs bathroom has a full sized tub, and the living room (with a fireplace), dining room, kitchen, and access to the deck / patio are all up here. The downstairs is similarly set up - with one large bedroom (with a queen sized bed) that has 2 good sized walk in closets. There is another smaller bedroom that is currently empty, but can easily be made into an office or a bedroom. There is a bathroom downstairs as well with a newly renovated standing shower. The bi-level design with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor provides a perfect amount of privacy, or ample space for 3-4 people to share the home. If you're hoping for a quieter place to call home that is close to everything, without being in the heart of it, this is a perfect spot. The listing cost included the both utilities and the price for the furnishings. No smoking in the house, though the back deck is fine. I am open to dogs of all sizes, but would like to talk about cats on a one by one basis.
