This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the street entrance facing out toward the gated property entrance, camera 2 is located on the garage facing the garage doors and front gate, and camera 3 is on the eaves facing the front and back yards. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion - For guests visiting for more than 2 months, a complimentary additional cleaning is provided for free with no fee. HOUSE RULES: **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.** 1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. 2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. 3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. 4) Must be 25 years and older to book. 5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind. 8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee. 9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest's reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances. 10) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible.
