Barrel tile roof has been replaced with a GAF Top-of-the-Line composite asphalt shingle roof. This roof has a 30 year warranty and is transferable. It is made to resist 130 to 150 mph gusts of wind. Additionally, the house has been repainted and rain gutters have been installed. I have also installed a 54 gallon rain barrel to use instead of paying Miami-Dade for metered water use. Carpet has been removed from bedrooms and replaced with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. I also have a 30 foot deep well (unmetered) for my sprinkler system, pressure washing, etc. On 4/18/20, 'Accordion Shutters' were installed on ALL windows and doors. No more lugging around heavy, steel hurricane shutters!
