Security Deposit Tenant shall pay a security deposit in the amount equal to the first months rent upon signing this Lease. The security deposit shall secure the faithful performance of all obligations under this Lease. The security deposit, less any lawful deductions, shall be returned to Tenant within 30 days after the termination of this Lease. 2.
