We have a lovely home in the San Fernando Valley with a room with an ensuite for rent. The home would be shared with a husband, wife, 16-year-old son, and two miniature huskies. The house has a pool, a nice covered deck w/ bbq, a gym in the garage, and an infrared sauna. We are on a cul-de-sac and our street is very quiet and peaceful. The room for rent has an ensuite and large closet. The room is also finished with a dresser, nightstand table and TV. We are open to the length of rental but would prefer someone for longer than a few months. No smoking indoors. The room will be available to rent starting in June 2025
